This also refers to people who try to mold themselves to fit labels from scene to athlete to goth because I guess they don't know how to have a style and identity of their own? Whatever. The best way to be original is to like whatever the hell you want without confining yourself to a certain style or brand of trends. Even people I think are awesome seem to have this issue with labeling themselves and walking a narrow path when it comes to identity. I'm not afraid to like something because I don't give a shit whether or not people have turned it into a fad. In the same sense, I don't hesitate to like something that's mainstream or 'nonconformist' because whether or not other people like it has nothing to do with my own preferences. But of course, I couldn't fit all of that on the stamp. </rant> |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
